Job SummaryDeliver comprehensive physical therapy care including patient intakes, evaluations, goal setting, care plan implementation, medication prescription, patient education, and progress monitoring. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and patient progress.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques, safety, and equipment use to maximize home care effectiveness.
- Conduct regular evaluations of therapy plans, incorporating feedback from patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare standards, safety goals, and regulatory requirements.
- Engage in continuous professional development and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Clinical doctorate, Masters, or Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy.
- Preferred: Minimum of one year of physical therapy practice experience.
- Current, unrestricted license to practice Physical Therapy in Washington State.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong understanding of therapy theories and clinical concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and patients.
- Proficient in maintaining accurate documentation and records.
- Capable of independent judgment, critical thinking, and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
