Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program
• Current and valid state licensure as an Audiologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) strongly preferred
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse students, teachers, and families
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary educational team
• Excellent organizational and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive hearing screenings and diagnostic assessments for students
• Interpret audiological test results and provide recommendations for educational planning
• Fit, program, and monitor the use of hearing aids, FM/DM systems, and assistive listening devices
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and families on strategies to support students access to curriculum
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and accommodations
• Maintain meticulous records in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Deliver in-services and professional development workshops on hearing health and classroom modifications
