Job Description
Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join our team as a traveling Physical Therapist in Bangs, TX, where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. You will work in a skilled nursing facility setting providing rehabilitation services to post-acute and long-term care patients. Thank you for your time and responsiveness.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Texas physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
- Ability to provide documentation and charting consistent with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
- Client requirement: ability to work a 36-hour guaranteed schedule at the facility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with post-acute care interventions and restorative nursing programs preferred.

- Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility (long-term care).
- Shift details: Days.
- Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week.
- Start: Assignment begins mid-June. 13 week assignment length.
