Desired Qualifications: Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for North Carolina Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Appropriate educator certification for school-based SLP work Previous experience in school settings is an asset, but all experience levels are welcome Strong communication and organizational skills Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-age children Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state regulations Provide direct and consultative services in both group and individual settings Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary team approach Enjoy competitive compensation aligned with your years of school experience: $40-43/hr for 0-2 years, $43-46/hr for 3-5 years, $46-49/hr for 6-9 years, and $49-52/hr for 10+ years.
