- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) and intent to obtain SLP licensure

- Commitment to evidence-based practice and growth as a developing clinician
- Ability to adapt strategies for students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine students speech and language strengths and challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students communication goals
- Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to support learning and communication across school settings
- Document progress accurately and prepare required reports in a timely manner
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing recommendations and guidance for student success
