Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Iowa PTA license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience in acute care or hospital-based physical therapy preferred.
  • Client requires no floating to other facilities for this assignment. (Float Required: NO)
  • Ability to follow established documentation standards and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
