Summary

Massage Therapist- PRN

Compension: $15.00-$28.65 + commission

Summary
The Massage Therapist provides safe, therapeutic massage and approved body/energy work to pients in accordance with Maryland licensure and scope of practice. Services are delivered through outpient appointments and special programs, supporting pient wellness and integrive care goals.

This role requires strong communicion skills, collaborion with a multidisciplinary team, and a commitment to promoting the value of massage therapy within the community. As part of the team, the Massage Therapist ensures all services align with the mission and SPIRIT values of LifeBridge Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver massage therapy and approved body/energy work based on appointment type and pient needs
• Perform assessments and establish individualized trement goals with pients
• Maintain an efficient daily schedule while managing pient flow independently and collaborively
• Complete timely and accure documention for each session
• Prepare and disinfect trement rooms and equipment according to established protocols
• Communice clearly with pients, staff, and the multidisciplinary team
• Educe pients on trement expections and ongoing care
• Maintain a safe environment by adhering to hospital policies and procedures
• Optimize use of space and supplies; identify opportunities for process improvement
• Communice supply or operional needs proactively to the team
• Support marketing and promotion of integrive health services as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Required:

• Current Maryland Licensed Massage Therapist ( LMT , not RMP)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certificion

Preferred:

• Oncology Massage certificion
• Perinal Massage certificion
• Lymphic Massagecertificion
• Additional therapeutic modalities such as Reiki, reflexology, or similar
