Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

12 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

Local & travel allowed.

No previous experience allowed for Staff at Program: National Staffing Solutions Program - Reliant Rehabilitation and no current placement allowed at Program: National Staffing Solutions Program - Reliant Rehabilitation.

Additional Details:

Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: The facility may make one off exceptions if previously employed at the facility, but a written request is required to apply.

Required Credentials:Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)

Shift & Scheduling:Monday - Friday

7 days maximum time off

3 references required
