In this role, you will:
- Serve a caseload of approximately 53 students in grades K-5, addressing a variety of speech and language needs
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate student records and comply with district and state documentation requirements
- Consult and participate in team meetings to monitor progress and adapt interventions as necessary
Qualifications:
- Hold current and valid Ohio SLP (Speech-Language Pathology) licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt and collaborate within a multidisciplinary environment
Position Details:
