Physical Therapist Assistant

Location: The Springs of Harrison
Position Type: PRN (As Needed)

The Springs of Harrison is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team on a PRN basis. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist

• Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence

• Accurately document treatments and resident progress

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care

• Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program

• Current state PTA license in good standing

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred but not required

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
