Job Description Theracare is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our outpatient pediatric team. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working with children in a collaborative, play-based environment and is available for afternoon and evening hours . Key Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy treatment to pediatric patients under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist Implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional skill development, sensory integration, and independence Engage children and families through creative, play-based therapy approaches Accurately document treatment sessions in a timely manner Collaborate with therapists, families, and caregivers to support carryover of skills Schedule: Part-time Afternoon and evening availability required Qualifications The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant would perform skilled direct patient care activities under the clinical supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
