Desired Skills & Experience:

• Associates degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or equivalent required
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of child development and communication disorders
• Ability to follow treatment plans and document progress effectively
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
• Compassion, patience, and creativity when engaging with students

Key Responsibilities:
