Key Responsibilities:
- Work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver therapy sessions
- Support students with speech, language, and communication goals as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Prepare materials and activities for therapy, tailored to diverse needs across elementary or secondary students
- Collect data and monitor student progress, reporting findings to supervising SLPs
- Assist with screening and informal assessments as needed
- Communicate regularly with team members and participate in staff meetings or parent conferences related to student progress
