As an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll work with a diverse caseload primarily focused on K-8 learners, with a handful of dedicated high school students. This full-time, contract position runs from September 2, 2026, through June 25, 2027, offering a consistent Monday to Friday schedule from 7:40am to 3:05pm. What We're Looking For: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered Previous experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional growth In This Role, You Will: Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a caseload of 40 students, with a focus on K-8 and some high school support Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document progress in line with district protocols Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student outcomes Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives Maintain accurate records and adhere to timelines for documentation and reporting Embrace rewarding opportunities to impact student lives while working in a vibrant and supportive school community.
