What Sets This Role Apart:
* Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus
* Education loan repayment available
* 90-minute evaluation blocks and 60-minute follow-ups
* No double-booking expectations
* User-friendly WEB PT documentation system
* Small, collaborative rehab team with strong communication
* Practice within a community-focused critical access hospital
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload including orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, and vestibular conditions
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician referral and clinical judgment
* Provide hands-on care including manual therapy, Graston technique, aquatic therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, and biofeedback
* Monitor progress and adjust care plans to support optimal outcomes
* Collaborate with PTAs and support clinical education for students
* Educate patients and families to promote long-term function and independence
Qualifications:
* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
* Licensed (or eligible) Physical Therapist in New Hampshire
* Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
