We re currently seeking a compassionate and driven Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team in Ocean County.

Responsibilities
Provide in-home, community-based speech-language therapy services
Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders
Create and implement customized treatment plans
Foster functional independence and improved quality of life for clients
Educate and support clients and caregivers on therapeutic strategies
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
Qualifications
Current New Jersey Speech-Language Pathology License (Required)
Minimum 1 year of experience in outpatient, home health, or similar setting (preferred)
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client locations
Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous, client-centered environment
