Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Provide hands-on, compassionate patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Treatment Execution: Administer prescribed therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to help patients regain movement, strength, and function. Patient Education: Instruct patients on exercises, home care programs, and lifestyle modifications to support their ongoing recovery. Collaboration: Work closely with physical therapists, other PTAs, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Documentation: Accurately document patient progress, treatment plans, and modifications in accordance with clinic standards and regulatory requirements. Safety & Compliance: Ensure a clean, safe, and positive environment for patient care, adhering to safety protocols and clinic guidelines.

Qualifications:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Licensure: Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing or eligibility for licensure.

Clinical Knowledge: Strong understanding of therapeutic interventions, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation exercises.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team and educate patients.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with patients, motivate them, and maintain a positive, encouraging atmosphere throughout their recovery.

Problem Solving: Critical thinking and adaptability to adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and changing needs.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time efficiently, complete accurate documentation, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide the best patient care possible.
