OT Outpatient - Occupational Therapist

Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred.

Experience with Altera Digital Health a Harris Company is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Hendrick Medical Center and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Hendrick Medical Center.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Any charting system experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Community hospital experience.

Unit/Facility Details: Will support inpatient and outpatient settings, pediatric to geriatric patients.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

7 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required

BLS (Basic Life Support)
