Speech Therapist in Johnson City, NY

This full-time, contract opportunity for the upcoming 20262027 school year invites experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to provide crucial services to learners in a supportive, collaborative setting. Youll work alongside dedicated educational professionals, with flexibility to fill either onsite or potential virtual roles as the school year approaches. Multiple positions available.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working in a school setting preferred
• Eligible for (or already hold) state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Comfortable providing direct therapy and evaluations for a diverse range of student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy and evaluations in accordance with IEPs
• Document progress and maintain compliance with local and state regulations
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Adapt and implement evidence-based interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to developing individualized goals
• Be an advocate for students communication needs within the educational setting
