Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Minnesota Audiologist license required
• ASHA certification (CCC-A) preferred
• Prior experience in educational or pediatric audiology settings highly valued
• Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Ready to be flexible in travel across multiple district locations as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations for students aged PreK12
• Provide recommendations for amplification, classroom acoustics, and hearing assistive technology
• Develop, implement, and monitor auditory support plans in alignment with IEP teams
• Serve as a resource for teachers, staff, and parents on hearing loss and educational accommodations
• Deliver staff training and assist with in-service programming about hearing and access needs
• Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with state and federal educational guidelines
