Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Missouri Occupational Therapist license required prior to the start of the assignment.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification required.
  • Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance required.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as an Occupational Therapist in acute care or rehabilitation settings required. Experience in home health strongly preferred.
  • Experience performing home assessments, fabricating/maintaining adaptive equipment and splints, and training patients/caregivers on adaptive techniques required.
  • Ability to document Plans of Care, progress notes, and other clinical records in electronic medical records systems required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing and walking for prolonged periods. Ability to travel locally as part of job duties.
  • Ability to work under occasional stressful conditions, prioritize caseloads, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Preferred: prior home health documentation experience and familiarity with insurance/fiscal intermediary requirements.
