Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is looking for a Travel Physical Therapist for our client in Fort Smith, AR!

Type: 3 + months, with potential for extension

Pay Range: $57 to $59/hr

Location: Coverage areas: Fort Smith, AR and surrounding area

Schedule: 8 am to 4:30 pm; Monday - Friday

Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.

Responsibilities of the Travel Physical Therapist:

Evaluate patient functional status, body systems, and physical therapy needs in accordance with CMS requirements; collaborate with physicians to develop care plans.

Provide physical therapy services within state practice guidelines, plan of care, and interdisciplinary care team coordination.

Monitor patient progress, document responses to treatment, and report condition changes to the nurse supervisor and/or physician.

Deliver evidence-based treatment to relieve pain, restore function, and maximize patient independence and mobility.

Educate patients, families/caregivers, and care team members on treatment plans, functional limitations, and progress toward goals.

Complete patient evaluations, develop care plans, andmunicate evaluation oues, goals, and care frequency within required timelines.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, discharge summaries, and required reports per agency policy.

Travel throughout the assigned service area and support nearby agency locations as needed.

Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and home health aides as permitted by state regulations and agency policy.

Participate in staff meetings,mittees, and agency-requested education or training activities.

Maintain current clinical knowledge, licensure, andpliance with therapy standards of practice.

Maintain schedule flexibility, including weekend rotations and potential holiday coverage, to support patient care needs.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications for the Travel Physical Therapist:

Home health and Oasis experience required

Physical Therapist license in Arkansas

CPR certification
