Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant prior to the start of assignment.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant, including work with geriatric patients.
- Current CPR/BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
- Current drivers license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
- Ability to travel locally and work a flexible schedule.
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the role including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, prolonged standing and walking.
- Must read, write, and speak fluent English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in home health settings.
- Experience administering therapeutic modalities, manual therapy, and documenting skilled services in home health documentation systems.
Assignment Details
- Shift: Days, 5x8.
- Must be able to travel locally and float to other nearby sites as required.
