Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant prior to the start of assignment.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant, including work with geriatric patients.
• Current CPR/BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
• Current drivers license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• Ability to travel locally and work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the role including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, prolonged standing and walking.
• Must read, write, and speak fluent English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in home health settings.
• Experience administering therapeutic modalities, manual therapy, and documenting skilled services in home health documentation systems.

Assignment Details

• Shift: Days, 5x8.
• Must be able to travel locally and float to other nearby sites as required.
