Qualifications and Preferred Experience: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status School-based SLP experience strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children ages 3-11 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and documentation abilities Key Responsibilities: Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to a caseload of PreK-5th grade students Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor student progress Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student needs Maintain accurate records and compliance with federal, state, and building-level policies Engage in team meetings and contribute to a positive school environment Benefits and Work Conditions: Professional mentorship and support from an experienced school-based team Compensation aligned with contract hours (37.5 hours per week) throughout the school year (August 22, 2026 - June 6, 2027) Opportunity to make a real difference in young lives, while growing in your therapy career Engaged community and supportive administration Take the next step in your professional journey and support student success as a valued speech-language pathologist. to help shape the future for students in need of your expertise!
