Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Experience:

24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Experience with Meditech is preferred.

Experience with Net Health is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

No current placement allowed at Program: Medefis Program - Hawaii Health Systems Corp - East Region.

Required Skills/Experience:Minimum 2 years work experience in the following settings working with adults (Outpatient and Acute)

Unit Details: - Coverage in rehab and acute rehab. - Evaluates and re-evaluates assigned patients in outpatient or inpatient settings. Plans and implements an ongoing therapeutic program as prescribed by the ordering physician. Regularly updates treatment plans and home exercise programs, independently manages a full caseload, and performs re-evaluations based on insurance authorization. - Adult patient population.

Special Requests:- Must arrive the Thursday before start in order to go to employee health appointment on Friday.

Shift & Scheduling:- Mon-Fri. 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.- Must be able to work Hawaii state and federal holidays as necessary based on hospital operations.

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Drivers license required
