Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and valid state SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience working in pediatric or school-based settings
• Strong understanding of a variety of communication disorders and intervention strategies
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for helping children succeed

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in school-aged children
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and caregivers
• Implement engaging, evidence-based therapy tailored to each student's needs
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans clearly and accurately
• Consult regularly with teachers, staff, and parents to support student outcomes
• Provide recommendations for classroom strategies and accommodations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
