Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Make a real difference as a travel PTA providing home health services in North Kansas City, MO. You will support patients recovering from illness or injury by implementing treatment plans under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Candidates must be proficient with HCHB and OASIS documentation workflows. Thank you for your time and responsiveness.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Missouri PTA license required prior to the start of the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• At least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years is required.
• Experience using HCHB and OASIS is required.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations of 32 points per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in home health covering a regional caseload.

Assignment Details

• Shift: Days, 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
• Typical schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. M-F 8-5 noted as typical hours.
• Area of coverage: discussed during interviews. Candidate may be expected to travel within the regional coverage area.
