Were hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local hospital in Bozeman, MT where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders. The Registered Respiratory Therapist will administer respiratory care to neonate, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients with cardiopulmonary system deficiencies and abnormalities and will serve as a resource for the respiratory department.
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate or bachelors degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
- Montana licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in good standing.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist certification (NBRC).
- One year experience as an RRT preferred; new graduates may be considered if other required credentials are met.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- American Heart Association ACLS within 3 months of hire.
- American Heart Association PALS within 3 months of hire.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within 3 months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Neonatal-Pediatric Specialist (NBRC-NPS) and/or Adult Critical Care Specialist (NBRC-ACCS).
Assignment Details
- Night shift schedule.
- On call one shift every two weeks.
- Weekend shifts varying.
