Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's functional goals and clinical needs.
Deliver high-quality one-on-one physical therapy services within a patient-centered care model that prioritizes outcomes over volume.
Utilize clinical judgment to progress, modify, and optimize treatment plans throughout the patient's course of care.
Educate patients and caregivers on recovery strategies, home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness.
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation utilizing AI-assisted technology designed to streamline administrative tasks.
Collaborate effectively with physicians, referral sources, and fellow healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and positive patient outcomes.
Contribute to a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement while supporting the growth and reputation of the clinic.
Participate in the development of specialty programs, community relationships, and clinical initiatives as the practice continues to expand. Skills & Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (VA or compact eligible)
Minimum 23 years of outpatient experience required
