Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active WA license required to start the assignment. Must also have or obtain OR license; candidate may begin with WA while obtaining OR.
• Must have at least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience with HCHB preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working as part of a geographic home health team with interdisciplinary collaboration.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Territory coverage includes Walla Walla County, lower Columbia County, and into Umatilla County up to 60 miles.
• Assigned to a geographic team and will work with a manager and interdisciplinary team.
