Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active WA license required to start the assignment. Must also have or obtain OR license; candidate may begin with WA while obtaining OR.
- Must have at least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience with HCHB preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working as part of a geographic home health team with interdisciplinary collaboration.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Territory coverage includes Walla Walla County, lower Columbia County, and into Umatilla County up to 60 miles.
- Assigned to a geographic team and will work with a manager and interdisciplinary team.
