Compensation: Local pay: $1,995 per week (based on 35 hours) Hourly rate: $57/hr Requirements: Active, valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license. Key responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Determine diagnoses and severity levels; develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Provide direct therapy to improve articulation, fluency, voice, receptive and expressive language skills. Assess and treat dysphagia; teach patients and families practical strategies and exercises to manage swallowing disorders. Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to support continuity of care.
