Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Travel Job

Were hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a hospital in Zanesville, OH. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders. This role requires working within acute care settings and contributing to patient-focused respiratory services.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelors degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
• Current Ohio state license in good standing. Candidates with pending or in-process Ohio licenses will not be considered.
• Active BLS certification.
• At least three years of acute care respiratory therapy experience, including arterial blood gases, BiPAP, and mechanical ventilator management.
• Experience working night shifts in an acute care or hospital setting is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Experience with labor and delivery support for respiratory therapy cases is preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Schedule: 36 hours per week, structured as three 12-hour shifts per week.
• Weekend expectation: every other weekend.
• Candidates must hold an active Ohio license and be prepared to float to nearby facilities if staffing needs require it.
