Key Qualifications:

• Degree in Physical Therapy (required)
• Active Physical Therapist license in California, or eligibility to obtain prior to start
• Up-to-date PT skills and certifications, with commitment to ongoing education
• Proficiency in patient evaluation, rehabilitation, and EMR systems
• Prior experience supervising assistants/aides preferred
• Effective communication skills for collaborative care
• Knowledge of PT billing, ICD-10 coding, Medicare/commercial insurance processes
• Demonstrated ability for safe patient handling (ability to lift 50 pounds & assist mobility)
