This travel role focuses on home health therapy throughout Solano County and nearby communities, providing the chance to adapt to and excel in various healthcare environments. Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Saturday through Wednesday
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and conduct start-of-care visits efficiently
- Directly supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
- Submit timely clinical notes and documentation within 48 hours
- Ensure mandatory next-day reporting for start-of-care visits
- Maintain consistent communication with supervisors and administrative staff
- Demonstrate flexibility in territory assignments as caseloads expand
Desired Qualifications:
- Active California PT license
- Minimum one year of home health physical therapy experience
- Familiarity with electronic documentation (Kinnser preferred)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Availability for a 3-day training (1 in-house, 2 field-based)
