This travel role focuses on home health therapy throughout Solano County and nearby communities, providing the chance to adapt to and excel in various healthcare environments. Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Saturday through Wednesday

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and conduct start-of-care visits efficiently
• Directly supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
• Submit timely clinical notes and documentation within 48 hours
• Ensure mandatory next-day reporting for start-of-care visits
• Maintain consistent communication with supervisors and administrative staff
• Demonstrate flexibility in territory assignments as caseloads expand

Desired Qualifications:

• Active California PT license
• Minimum one year of home health physical therapy experience
• Familiarity with electronic documentation (Kinnser preferred)
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
• Availability for a 3-day training (1 in-house, 2 field-based)
