Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Michigan
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but strong CFs considered
- Previous experience in school settings is valued
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
- Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Engage in case conferences and provide consultative services within the school
