Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Comfort collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Assess students speech, language, and communication strengths and needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services
  • Monitor student progress, documenting outcomes and adapting plans as needed
  • Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary school team
  • Provide resources and support to families and educators
