Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Illinois state license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience providing care in home health settings preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior travel therapy or contract experience preferred.
  • Experience with documentation systems used in home health preferred.
