Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active New Jersey State license or ability to obtain required state licensure prior to start.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility environments preferred.
- Ability to follow treatment plans developed by a licensed Physical Therapist and document patient progress according to facility protocols.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel PTA experience preferred.
- Experience with geriatric populations and restorative nursing programs preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred.
