Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active New Jersey State license or ability to obtain required state licensure prior to start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility environments preferred.
• Ability to follow treatment plans developed by a licensed Physical Therapist and document patient progress according to facility protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel PTA experience preferred.
• Experience with geriatric populations and restorative nursing programs preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred.
