Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active New Jersey PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Ability to follow treatment plans under PT supervision and document care accurately.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel PTA experience preferred.
• Experience with common SNF equipment and mobility devices preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 08:30-16:30.
• Work Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
• Shift Days: Monday through Friday.
• May be required to float to other facilities as needed.
