Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active New Jersey PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Ability to follow treatment plans under PT supervision and document care accurately.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel PTA experience preferred.
- Experience with common SNF equipment and mobility devices preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 08:30-16:30.
- Work Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
- Shift Days: Monday through Friday.
- May be required to float to other facilities as needed.
