Key Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license required
• Demonstrated proficiency in delivering PT services to K-12 populations
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and interventions for students across K-12 grades
• Develop and document individualized education and therapy plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other therapists to support students educational goals
• Conduct periodic progress assessments and adjust plans as necessary
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert input to multidisciplinary teams
• Provide consultative support and training for faculty on mobility and accessibility needs
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with educational and legal standards
