Qualifications:

• Must hold an active, current physical therapy license
• Demonstrated experience working with K-12 populations
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Adaptability to work across elementary, middle, and high school environments
• Team-oriented approach, with a passion for student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform screenings, evaluations, and assessments of student needs
• Design and implement individualized therapy programs within the school setting
• Engage in consultation with teachers and staff to support student inclusion and participation
• Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and adjust interventions as needed
• Educate family members and guardians on exercises and strategies to be used at home
• Contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams and Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
