Physical Therapist - School Setting in Madison Lake, MN

Key Qualifications:

• Active and valid Physical Therapist license required
• Previous experience working in K-12 or school-based environments is strongly preferred

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students with a variety of needs as identified in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Develop individualized treatment plans and implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, access, and participation in school activities
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and other professionals to promote student success and carry over therapy goals throughout the school day
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed
• Educate families, caregivers, and school personnel on ways to support students physical development and safety
