Skills & Experience Desired:
- Hold a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Possess a current, valid license to practice as an SLP in Colorado (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Experience working with children in educational environments preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
- Comfortable conducting assessments, therapy, and collaborating with teachers and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students with diverse needs in accordance with their IEPs.
- Carry out comprehensive assessments to determine speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings.
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.
- Provide consultation, coaching, and support to teachers and caregivers.
