iFlex Stretch Studios is the newest concept from the creators of The Joint Chiropractic and Massage Envy! 

Assisted stretch therapy, also known as assisted stretching, is a wellness service where an individual receives assistance from a trained professional to stretch and elongate their muscles. Unlike traditional stretching, where individuals perform stretches on their own, assisted stretch therapy involves a therapist actively guiding the body into various stretching positions to help decrease areas of pain and maximize flexibility. 

We are a franchised location located in North Fort Worth, with a workplace culture focused on the personal and professional development of our team. Day in and day out, our goal is to help others get back to the active lifestyle they enjoyed, and help others maintain their active lifestyle.
