Job Description
This role is designed for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with experience in pediatrics, healthcare, teletherapy, or school settings, holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or currently completing the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). The position is based onsite at an elementary school environment in Renton, WA, serving students from elementary through middle school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to a caseload of 45 to 50 students across elementary and middle school levels
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy sessions
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid State SLP license and Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification are required
- Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, especially within school settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy methods is beneficial
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work full-time onsite, five days per week, 7.5 hours per day during the 2025-2026 school year
