• Engage in Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to guarantee comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide essential knowledge to patients and their caregivers on therapeutic practices to facilitate their continuous progress at home.
• Monitor and Document Progress: Keep track of clinical results and modify treatment methods as necessary, ensuring patients remain on the path to success.

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Additional certifications or continuous education initiatives are supported and encouraged

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
