School Speech and Language Pathologist

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract This position offers the opportunity to provide impactful speech-language services to a dynamic K-8 school and daycare environment serving approximately 40 students. The role is full-time with flexibility for a 3 to 4-day workweek, beginning on August 7. The position is a contracted assignment for the new school year. Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students. Implement speech-language interventions to support communication skills across K-8 grade levels and daycare children. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor student progress and adjust therapy as needed. Maintain accurate documentation compliant with school and state guidelines. Qualifications: Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Licensure or certification to practice as a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working with school-aged children, preferably K-12. Strong communication and organizational skills. Location: The position is based in Brundidge, Alabama.
