  • Empower patients and families by providing education that supports their progress outside of clinical sessions, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Occasionally assist with inpatient evaluations and speech therapy interventions, ensuring a seamless continuum of care throughout the therapeutic journey.
  • Maintain meticulous and punctual documentation adhering to state, federal, and organizational standards.

Education

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

Certifications

  • State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of employment.
