- Work collaboratively with physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to devise integrated care approaches.
- Provide education for patients and their families to foster progress beyond clinical appointments.
- Conduct occasional speech therapy evaluations and interventions for inpatient care, ensuring comprehensive and continuous treatment.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation that complies with state, federal, and organizational protocols.

Education
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an institution accredited by the relevant authorities.
- Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet certified with ASHA.
Certifications
- State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
- Preferred Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of starting.
