Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role is available to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Fishers, IN. This contract position spans the next school year and involves working across multiple sites with varying caseloads and schedules. Key Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy services to students across assigned caseloads. Collaborate with educators, parents, and team members to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Conduct assessments and provide evaluation support as needed. Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) when applicable. Ensure smooth transitions during coverage periods, particularly to accommodate maternity leave. Assignment Sites and Caseloads: Site 1: Caseload of 55 students (weighted 40.4); hours from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Site 2: Caseload of 20 students; hours from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Floater Role covering multiple sites:

Site 3 (July 23 - October 10): Caseload of 49 (weighted 54.8); hours 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Sites 4 & 5 (September 25 - February 27): Caseloads of 24 and 25 respectively; hours 7:00 am to 2:30 pm. Anticipate approximately two weeks of overlap between floater assignments for coverage continuity. March caseload may vary with opportunities for short-term coverage and additional departmental support. Qualifications: Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working with the K-12 student population. Ability to manage varied caseload sizes and adapt to changing site assignments. Strong communication and organizational skills. Flexibility to work across different school locations and schedules.
